Saturday!!

This past Saturday, Katrina and I helped my grandma pack some of her stuff. She is going to be moving right down the street from us sometime this year and she has already started packing some unnecessary items! (Which she really needs to do!!!!) Katrina and I were over on Saturday and got a lot packed. We both got a ton of pics. A lot are before, during, and after pics!!
I just had to take a pic of my "Oh so comfortable MEMORY FOAM bed!!!!!" (We slept over)

Toyroom before we started. (Don't ask me why Katrina is in the box!!)

Toyroom from another angle, but still before!

The first box I packed!
The Etegre, (Don't ask me how to pronounce it! LOL) before!

During the dissembling process!!

2 second pic!! (I remember when I was so short that I couldn't see the top! Now, I am taller than it!!!!!)

I felt like a mechanic. Getting under something to take it apart! LOL!

The Etegre after!!

Katrina taping up a box!!

The basement/box side.

Basement/laundry side. See the difference? LOL

All these...

...VCRs had to go...

...into this box!!

Then, I had to cram these into...

...here...

....and I just barely got them to fit!!!

Taping it up.

I had to put Grandpa's catolauges...

...magazines...

...and western books...

...into this box...

...and they all fit nicely with room to spare!!! They stayed like that...

...until we got them to the bottom of the stairs. We had forgotten to tape up the bottom of the box and all the books fell out!!!

But, I taped up the box and packed it all back in. It's not as neat, but it is in!!!

The toyroom after we were done!!!!! =D

Friday!!

This past Friday, Leanna came over and we went over to the library where we met the Daires. Mom and we girls worked on our parts for the skit. Later, we all went back to the Daires house and worked on music and lines for the skit. We were there for about 2 hours or so and had a blast!

Sum it all up!

I have been so bad at not updating my blog. I have just been so busy and tired that I find no will or urge within me to stop for a few moments and catch up with everything. I really think that posting here helps me get back together. These past 2 or 3 weeks, I've been running all over the place and having so many different things on my mind that half of me is way into the future and the other half is still way back before Mission's Conference!!!
OK, so Mission's Conference was AWESOME!!! We raised a bunch of money for missions (even though none of the messages were about giving, or anything like that) and we each had a blast doing our part to make this the best Mission's Conference of our life!!! On Wednesday, my whole family began getting used to having Pastor Adam Thompson stand 6 inches away and preach to you in front of everyone. Thursday, Cassia and I helped with the Girls' Camp stand. I stood there until I was so hungry I thought I was going to be sick and my feet were about to fall off!! It was fun, though, and each of us girls had a blast!! Friday, I became a Chinese girl and helped in the Oriental booth. It was hilarious to watch people glance at me and then look again. It was all so much fun. We were there until like 1:00 or so in the morning!!! Mom was talking to Katie N and Tim Q and we 3 older girls were about to fall asleep while we sat in the lobby talking to different people who were also waiting for their older brothers or parents to leave. Saturday, I went door-knocking with the Snyders, Laura M, and the two Parfitt boys!! We all had a blast and Emmaline and I were able to talk to one boy (about 14) who seemed very interested. He had no idea what sin was, so Emmaline explained that and as able to give him the gospel. He stood there and listened the whole time-the best conversation we had the whole day!! Sunday, we had our Thanksliving dinner and I had fun hanging out with the Snyders before they left. Lydia Cz also was there and we all had a blast!!
I was able to see Lydia quite a few times before she left on Friday after HOPE. That night, Uncle Scott, Aunt Stacy, Derek, and Alek all came up from Texas!! Uncle Scott is Dad's older brother whom we like never see! It's been 4 years since he, his wife, and Alek have been here. 6 since Derek has been here!! Derek is 24/25 and Alek is 19. We had a blast over the weekend and were extremely sad to have to say goodbye to Alek on Saturday night. (That was a rough one!) Today, we had to say goodbye to Derek (who is flying right now, or waiting for his next flight!!) Uncle Scott and Aunt Stacy are going to be making dinner for us tonight, so that'll be fun!! They will be leaving Wednesday, so that will be another hard goodbye!
For now, I will concentrate on the present and not look to far to the future. (I think I am finally getting all back together now!!)

All the guys!! (Alek felt a sneeze coming. He never actually sneezed though!)
